Here's our top tips to make the most out of your spa day.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

OPENING TIMES

POOL & LEISURE FACILITIES

7am - 8pm | 7 days a week 

N.B. No entry 30 minutes prior to closing time.

TREATMENT ROOM

9am - 7pm | 7 days a week

N.B. Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time and note that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their scheduled treatment time.

ADVANCE BOOKINGS

We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time and service is available.  

T&Cs

  • All treatment times stated include consultation time and changing time.

  • Please notify Heywood Spa Hotel Staff if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions at time of booking.

  • If your chosen treatment is unsuitable for you at time of consultation, you will be offered an alternative treatment. 

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your treatment for consultation.

  • 16’s and over only.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

SPA ETIQUETTE

 

Please respect your fellow spa-users' right to peace and privacy whilst in the spa. Relaxation zones are for reading, sleeping or quiet contemplation. 

WHAT TO BRING

Towel, robe and slippers are provided for guests enjoying a treatment or those that have purchased a leisure pass. You will need to bring swimwear for wet and heat facilities.

N.B. One complimentary robe per client per day. £10 charge applies for any further robes.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION (DAY GUESTS)

For guests that will not be residing with us, a 50% deposit is required to secure you reservation. If a cancellation is made up until 3 days (72 hours) before your treatment time the 50% deposit will be refunded. After the 72 hour cancellation window has passed, the remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged. 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION (HOTEL GUESTS)

All treatments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. These will be added onto your Accommodation Invoice. Should you cancel up until 24 hours before your treatment, the treatment charge will be removed. If cancellation is made after the 24 hour cancellation window the treatment will be charged in full.

Drinking water will help flush out the toxins released during your treatment.

Doing nothing can be thirsty work!

Our therapists' focus is to make you feel comfortable. If something's on your mind - tell us. We're here to help. 

DIGITAL DETOX

Clear your calendar and clear your mind - it's time to relax. To feel the full effects of your treatment, allow yourself some time to disconnect. 

ARRIVE EARLY

Cutting it too close can make you feel stressed and will set the tone for your day, so make sure to arrive in enough time to allow yourself to get settled. 

WHAT TO WEAR

Whatever you feel comfortable in! Robes and slippers will be provided, so you just need something to wear underneath, like swimwear.
